Pros

Great people, nice campus, good restaurants, and nice fitness facility. 15% match for 401k in company stock (could be a con also).

Cons

No solid direction in IT. Staff and first level supervisors are unappreciated. Little to no raises for most in IT for over 1 year. Amazing # of people at the fitness facility for several hours at lunch. Parking sucks.

Pros

Benefits (401k match, fitness center, 2x year comp review, vacation, basically all the things they like to tout). Room to advance if you're willing to work. Plenty of training opportunities (both company offered and external courses/field trips). Good culture with lots of young people in the workforce. Work-life balance has gotten a lot better (for geologists) with the opening of the DOC.

Cons

No 9 - 80's. Lots of recent turnover has management somewhat scrambling. There always seems to be construction on campus...
