      Many employees have very negative attitudes which can make the place feel very stressful Severe lack of communication between people and lack of process Very controlling upper management No real "team" atmosphere

      Pros

      On campus gym, health, and restaurant facilities. Pretty campus and nice office space. Convenient location. Company tickets to athletic events.

      Cons

      Difficult to move up in the company. Long hours with lackluster compensation. Lots of competition within departments instead of always working with each other.

      Pros

      The Culture, Benefits package, Campus are hard to beat. They offer a great work/life culture an excellent benefits package including generous 401(k) model and a beautiful work campus to come to.

      Cons

      Very demanding and high expectations. But that is what makes the company such a success and it is fun to be a part of it.
