Pros

- Great leadership team. Those involved in my internship took a personal interest in my growth and regularly encouraged me in my work. - The pay is competitive as well. - Top notch benefits

Cons

The only problem with Chesapeake lies in the industry itself. Former leadership brought on a lot of debt; however, the new leadership seems to be taking the company into the right place.

Pros

Lucrative place to work if you make it through the down cycles in the industry. Bonus potentials are great and salaries highly competitive. Current management has really reworked everything and the company as a whole is moving in the right direction.

Cons

Current down cycle has put a damper on morale and rotation potential within the company seems to have stagnated.
