      Pros

      The founder of this company was very dedicated to creating a positive environement and turning control over to the next generation

      Cons

      Things were geared to heavily to things that didn't promote good work habits and promoted silo operations. This created a tremendous amount of stress on certain groups to perform far above the typical employee.

      Pros

      Pros – great benefits, campus, 6 month reviews and stock awards twice a year now once a year.

      Cons

      Management driven by the bottom line, but most of the new VP all came from Anadarko Petroleum, too many changes and making everyone walking on egg shells. the employees are the ones that suffered, VP and CEO still make a nice top income.

      Pros

      Still good pay and great benefits. The campus is awesome and the community is great. Hopefully it will remain that way.

      Cons

      Its all going down hill, the company's new focus on the bottom line is at the expense of everything else including employees.
