Pros
Great compensation package, talented individual contributors all around, much improved corporate culture(but still room to grow). Generally a good team environment.
Cons
The downside to the big team environment is there is also very little individual accountability. This leads to very bad business decisions, and the accounting system is so bad that spending money without budgeting is very easy to do.
