      Pros

      The restaurants are amazing, they have a great 401k match, an awesome gym onsite, and if you make enough the bonuses can be big (I hear).

      Cons

      The culture focus is ridiculous - they spent so much money on the culture classes - 10s of millions or more, all while laying people off making each department as thin as possible. I was doing multiple jobs, staying late, and working all weekend because of the amount of people laid off , all without any extra compensation.
