No upward mobility, gratuitous waste, petty behavior from supervisor/management level employees, extreme hubris from executive management, ignorant to the difference between management and leadership, typical corporate narcissism, etc.

Great 401k, Great people at the individual level, liberal vacation and PTO policy

Cons

IT Mgmt is clueless and more concerned with meeting the percentage of G&A metric for IT vs adding real value to the company. Shadow IT is alive and well since the business has seen years of IT reorgs to “better meet the needs of the business” while never actually delivering.
