Pros

Wonderful benefits, great working environment, as an employee you can make a difference in this industry. Oppertunities for andvancment if you kiss up to the right person.

Cons

Company will overlook individual contributions. The middle managers are either micromanagers or so disconnected they have clue who or what you do.

Pros

Great employee programs and benefits-interesting work to be done.

Cons

Leadership is out of touch and can't make sound decisions or guide an organization. Managers need training at all levels. Law suits on gender bias waiting to happen. Company moving to Seattle
