Pros

Not a bad place to stop. Really good people for the most part. Made some very good friends over the years. Work life balance is good if you're responsible about setting your own boundaries. Definitely a plus getting to work in travel. Comp is just OK. Overall there's no underbelly of exploitation that exists is so many other names in tech.

Cons

Never worked so hard to accomplish so little. Working here is more about documentation and justification than anything else. Way too many product managers and conflicting agendas across teams to get anything worthwhile done. Tech strategy is really out of date. Quality of work shipped is really low.

Pros

Hybrid schedule and good perks

Cons

There is a 30 to 40% exodus of employees who have had a long tenure. Expedia is not in a good position right now. Pie in the sky goals that will never complete.
