      Neat company culture Travel benefits CEO and C-Level very good - excellent

      Cons

      "Every man for himself" should be the company value. Many levels below the C-Level are dysfunctional. Does not act like a multi-billion dollar company - little discipline in financial, IT operational excellence. Neophytes in this area. Highly volatile - due to being highly political, decisions not made on facts. Thus, good hiring decisions are not made and ergo necessitates more re-orgs. Peter Principle at work. Local reputation of volatility warranted - no stability of leadership

      Pros

      Overall good work environment/ corporate culture as all team members strive to win together. Hours and time off are standard but Expedia is more lenient/understanding of work-life balance and allows for work form home, appointments etc. Monthly catered lunches, travel perks, good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant chance of priorities make it difficult to live up to client expectations. Frequent outages with reports and tools.
