Pros

20% hotels discount(sometimes the partners set up a higher rate for Expedia anyways) so wouldn’t count on that, WLB

Cons

Management often lacks clear expectations and consistent communication around deliverables. Feedback is typically delayed until performance reviews, which can make growth and alignment difficult. Some leaders seem more focused on hierarchy and office politics than collaboration. Success here often depends more on navigating internal politics than on merit.
