Pros

Team members to lean on for support

Cons

Every task is a priory with little direction and clarity on how to execute. The culture preaches of autonomy and a safe inclusive space. While each team is under a microscope and in a pressure cooker. Speaking up for assistance is back fired upon employees with “It concerning you’re asking such a question for your tenure” The company claims an open door policy for feedback while voices of concern fall on deaf ears. Growth and development are an announced pillar for this company, yet the “tools” used for such development are used against its employees.

Pros

Good work life balance A culture that is friendly to employees

Cons

Company has a strong diversity push. This comes at the expense of Asian and Indian men and benefits Asian and Indian women and to some extent white women. Company isn't growing much, so employee growth is slow in general.
