Pros

Young and progressive employees Casual office culture Strong brand recognition Great travel benefits, both for personal and professional purposes Strong employee referral program Constantly evolving

Cons

Company is no longer innovative but rather it continuously chases the ideas of competitors Notorious for paying well below the average salary of same position in competing companies Current executive management clearly not interested in line-level feedback for improvement

Pros

They have great and talented people. Very fast paced working envirment.

Cons

I hope they can start hiring full time employee. I enjoyed working there at a contractor, but because of the budget, although my manager wanted to hire me as a full time, but no budget.

Pros

Great benefits, great people, lots of creative thinking to get around roadblocks caused by old code and entrenched teams

Cons

Very old code, limited innovation opportunities due to high cost of development work in code.
