Pros

Work/life balance, individual people are good

Cons

Leadership that entered the company and pushed out acquired Brand's leadership is weak, and as uninspiring as can be. Lack of vision. Oversubscribed to DEI and hiring based on DEI on all levels. DEI hire SVP was a failure, caused irreparable damage, and it took too long to correct that failure. As someone else called out, Expedia Culture is a Fassade. They pretend to care about people but their true face comes through when they lay off their people with inhumane conditions and "packages".

Good work-life balance, very chill colleagues

Cons

Cutting cost has been the main theme in the past year and jobs are slowly shifted to India.
