Pros

Good benefits, pay is ok.

Cons

Not a lot of options to switch immediate teams or work with different colleagues. So if you don't like who you work for or with, you're stuck. Workload is not balanced very well across the team. Some people manage very low req loads consistently and others are breaking their backs regularly to keep up.

Pros

- excellent benefits and stock - a pretty solid work life balance for a tech company - meaningful work providing real value for customers - lovely campus by the water

Cons

- constant layovers are causing a real tiredness in employees - shipping fast over quality has become an issue - pay could be stronger for the area
