Great place to 'get along', terrible if you want to accomplish anything

Pros

Great facilities, great benefits, decent salary, passionate/fast paced work ethos

Cons

bias for action = "do anything now!" Hidden management structure of old-timers versus actual title an org structure Open animosity between horizontal functions (security, helpdesk, etc) and verticals results in "us versus them" behavior; lack of organizational maturity means whoever has the biggest VP wins
