Pros

People are highly valued and encouraged to be themselves. The work is varied and interesting. As the company grows, there is plenty of opportunity and an opportunity to grow yourself. There is also a great support network if you need it. Mentoring and development are highly valued and employed.

Cons

As a fast moving, complex organisation things can get confusing at times, but you can always find a way through and find the information or person you need. It just means you have to be tenacious.
