I appreciate you taking the time to write a review. We’re 100% focused on making Experian an exceptional place to work, reflected fairly in our current 4.3 star Australia Glassdoor rating, 93% would recommend to a friend score and our Great Places to Work accreditation. We always welcome feedback in order to address any concerns a colleague might have, whether it’s small or big. I was disheartened to read your review as it doesn’t reflect the shared experience our amazing Australia colleagues have, I’m particularly concerned and interested in understanding more about your pricing approach comments. We take ethical conduct matters and accusations very seriously. You haven’t mentioned whether you’d raised your concerns with HR or leaders. I’d warmly encourage you to reach out to me, in the strictest of confidence, to provide more context – Anmarie, CHRO Australia

Pros

Culture, sales, IT team is good but Management is worst mentioned below

Cons

The management of experian is very bad. All folks coming from Transunion and making this a worst place is compelling many teams to put down papers. New leads of products and dispute is given recognition. There's Infosec , sales and IT who are okay

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your time at Experian hasn’t matched the positive culture and collaborative environment we work hard to create. We’re incredibly proud to be recognised as a World’s Best Workplaces™ and of our strong Glassdoor ratings across our locations, including Mumbai. That said, what matters most is each colleague’s lived experience, and I’m concerned to hear that yours fell short. You didn’t mention whether you had the opportunity to raise these concerns with your manager or HR while you were with us. We always welcome open conversations and feedback of any kind, as it helps us understand where we can improve and ensure that every colleague feels supported. If you’re open to it, please do reach out to me directly so we can discuss your experience in more detail - Gunjan, HR Director
