Pros

As "The Consumer's Bureau" I'm proud to have been hired by Experian and to be able to make a difference in the lives of millions of American's; to ensure fair and equitable access to credit for all. I love Experian's emphasis on financial inclusion. There are so many opportunities in the company for lateral movement and career development. A great place for women to work.

Cons

Experian is a huge global company and is organized into multiple divisions/business units and functional shared services teams. Learning you way around can take some time. Being assigned a "buddy" for the first few months can make a difference.
