Pros

A company that puts its employees needs and problems before everything. Even during these tough times, a lot of activities are conducted to maintain engagement with employees. Regular communication and feedbacks are taken. Ppl cribbing here can rather address their issues there. The HR team is one of the best here starting from the HR Director who is available at any given point of time. Managers are very approachable, for that matter even the MD.

Cons

Nothing major to name here but one issue what i feel personally in my work profile is duplication of role. The work i am doing is also done by an other team member which i feel is wasting our time and leading into confusion/dull location of work.
