Pros

great employees. lots of young intelligent people. the average age is prbably under 30 years old. there is a strong social scene within the company and its easy to make friends. from the sales side you gt to control the whole sales cycle and managers are very collaborative with strategy.

Cons

long working hours. its a 730 start till about 6pm. its a hard sell with plenty of cold calling and lots of kpis. The base salary is not the highest but the commissions are uncapped so earnings have the potential to be high. there is a pretty high churn rate although this is always getting better

Pros

Learn a lot, good training. The work hard play hard mentality is extreme but fun. Very young company where you are advanced based on performance instead of senority. Training is really helpful for this job and for any other sales jobs you may have in the future.

Cons

rules about timiness and appearance are strict.
