Pros

- onboarding journey was excellent. After I was offered the job opportunity, the TA team kept in regularly contact with me to check in and see if I needed anything prior to commencing. Also, the HR team is always there to support us if necessary. - on my first day, my Melbourne team was there to greet me with smiles and a Welcome Pack from Experian with some cool items. - Experian’s offers a positive work life balance in that they prioritize personal well being (ie. promoting “R U OK” day) and also allows me to successfully manage my professional and personal life. - my team is very collaborative, we have quick turn around times and manage multiple matters at once which can be challenging but the team always pitches in to help and support each other when necessary. I believe this positive work culture increases job satisfaction and productivity.

Cons

- when I started, it took a while to get my laptop set up with the things I needed which was a little frustrating as I was keen to start the work and have the access required. That said, my team was able to send me training material to read during that time and I was also able to complete the induction courses fairly quickly while everything else as being sorted out.

Pros

It's not too high pressure sales environment. Can make 70-80k as an average sales agent. Top few agents can get close to 100k in a year.

Cons

Inexperienced front line supervisors out of touch with sales floor. Integrity not closely monitored. Leads are of a low quality with the majority of calls being non-standard leads with low economic status. Rude angry customers. Leads are driven in with a bait and switch feel to customers, so a lot of them are unhappy when the conversation stats.
