Pros

Learning opportunities exist for those willing to take them or ask to be included. Some managers are excellent, although I think you'll find that the case at most companies.

Cons

Career growth is limited. The job is stressful and work/life balance is not encouraged enough. Open work environment is counter-productive for some employees.

Pros

At the personal level, Experian hires great, great people to work with. Nice, fast-paced work environment, not boring at all. Good benefits, including above average vacation time.

Cons

Lots and lots of politicking. Company is so big, everyone is expected to specialize, not real below average opportunities to learn things outside of your specialty. No clear leadership in management - no one capable of stepping up and providing direction for the company.

Pros

Interesting work Challenging Room for growth Good vacation

Cons

There's little concern about employees working too much overtime. I'm really burned out and looking for a better situation at another company.
