Team at individual level are very good specially technology team It's like family and everyone is supporting Technogy systems are very old

Cons

When I joined the technology team was hell and nightmare with no respect and even Sales Intern used to abuse the technology and go and HR with all its so called big talks always silent and spectator Please we need to give farewells to our leaders rather brushing them under carpet and insults Salary at technology are not at all at par at same grade and other team groups salary in hand would be higher Now with no increment expect moment lockdown opens in July a lot of resignation !! I can say 50% of technology team will resign in next 6 months Organisation is very political !!! You need to be part of groups to be successful

Great balance between work & life Multicultural co-workers You can be part of multiple projects besides your regular job Great talent development programs Great elearning platform Good evaluation platform. Makes feedback easier

Cons

If you enter with a lower position its complex to scalate because even though you have the background to perfom the other position, you won't be considered for the role or they Will give the opportunity renaiming the position for you BUT without the previous benefits = same job / less pay even though you are doing the job.
