Pros

Good graduate scheme. Talented people at lower levels.

Cons

No formal training at all. Promotion not based on skill, its based on who you know. Strategy defined years in advance by senior management, those in product marketing and product management are really just there to tow the line. No P&L responsibility at all in any product team. Low salary. Overpaid CEO. Business in big trouble with regulators and extreme cost cutting will continue.
