      Pros

      The best thing about Experian is the people, some of the smartest and most creative people I have ever worked with. Culturally, there is an immense amount of respect and consideration for colleagues. We have a ton of fun everyday. Experian is doing really well as an organisation and there is a sense of momentum and opportunity in the air wherever you go.

      Cons

      Expectations are high (which I personally like) but it is not for everyone. There is a real focus on striving for high performance, which can be exposing - no coasting here! You have to be resilient and know when to say no, it is for you to manage your priorities and your time.

      great supportive work environment, friendly colleagues and great leadership. Encouraging flexible working. fantastic facilities and workspace

      Cons

      sometimes there is quite a few priorities that all seem urgent and important, also there are too many information portals that make finding information that is current and accurate - very difficult
