      A fascinating organisation in prime position to make a difference!

      Pros

      Great people, empowering culture, rich assets, profitable, growing, innovation agenda and can really make a positive difference to people’s lives.

      Cons

      Whilst improving considerably there can still be signs of frustrating bureaucracy from being a large corporation and complexity, but these things can also be a fun challenge to navigate.

      Not bad salary, different products an possibilities to switch between them, good benefits

      Cons

      A huge organization with a matrix structure, slow decision making. Not too advanced from technological perspective like still working with Windows 7 for example.
