Pros

Good work life balance, Decent package

Cons

The London office feels rather sterile, and internal politics appear excessive for its size. Years of redundancies have left employees feeling uncertain and anxious about job security, with little clarity around how decisions are made.

Pros

People first organisation that promotes the development of their people. There are a stack of employees with 5 - 10+ years tenure which exemplifies this. I joined in an entry level sales role and have been fortunate to progress through roles in to management.

Cons

As a large global company, there can be red tape at times to get things done - completely reasonable and understandable having said that.

Pros

- Good benefits: Company-paid private healthcare, high pension contribution match - Flexible / hybrid working arrangements

Cons

- Compensation is supposedly benchmarked against the market but not at all competitive with other large tech companies - Very slow moving and risk-adverse which impacts innovation - There is no genuine commitment to learning & development - they pay a lot of lip service to this but managers will evade requests to undertake training, making it functionally useless - Redundancies have become a constant and communication is often poor - They would rather let go longtime employees and then immediately open up “senior” roles on the same teams than invest in the talent they already have - Generally cold working environment, you don’t get the sense that management cares about their teams as people
