We are glad to hear that you enjoyed our benefits and your office location. Our Compensation team conducts regular market compensation audits to ensure Experian pay is in line or ahead of the market for all roles. As a company we are adapting for growth in a fast-moving industry, sometimes we have to make strategic decisions quickly that do lead to change within the company. We do our best to make sure this is communicated effectively and transparently. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback! -Senior Accountant

We are glad to hear that you enjoy Experian’s benefits and holiday schedule. Our compensation philosophy is to pay competitively to attract, develop and retain top talent so we can deliver best in class products and services to our customers and clients. In support of our pay philosophy, we have developed a highly defined pay structure that we use to ensure that pay is consistent, fair and equitable and remains competitive with external benchmarks. Where an employee sits within the pay structure depends on a number of factors, including things like experience, supply and demand of talent, geographic location and cost of living. We encourage you to speak to your manager about this matter for more information. Support and mentorship from managers at Experian are very important to us as this creates an innovative and creative environment. We want our team members to be happy and fulfilled! -Employee Engagement Director
