Pros

Decent benefits, some training for employee development. A nice place for someone who is starting out their career.

Cons

Too much personal politics. Management does not look for best ideas or skills, but rather what is beneficial to their power, and will advance people based on personal relationships over professional ability. It has a high school mentality. Technology is behind the times. Quality of service is falling.

Great people, but lacking focus and commitment.

Pros

Smart people, very hard-working with good intentions. Large company offers opportunity to move laterally. Pleasant work environment with reasonable work/life balance.

Cons

There is a lack of focus as the company is trying to master too many things in too many markets. Individual executives typically have their own agenda and rarely work together for the greater good. Lots of turnover at the mid-management level. Experian wants to be viewed as innovative but is locked into short-term thinking and earnings pressure.

Pros

Excellent benefits, great vacation package. Salaries are pretty good too

Cons

Experian beaurocracy came into play and layers of management piled on top of the folks who actually did the work. Managers have no clue what's going on below them anymore, and are managing to some high level directives above them -- that they don't communicate downward. Was better when the old Cheetamail folks still had some control.
