Pros

Great group of people, good benefits.

Cons

More layoffs, outsourcing majority of Direct Marketing division to Costa Rica. People left are going to be VERY overworked. Not a good work/life balance.

Pros

Opportunity to develop Actively encouraged to progress, particularly if you drive yourself forward Opportunity for global mobility Great co-workers Good working culture BUPA Opportunity to invest in share save scheme

Cons

Lots of silo'd business units Can be difficult to find out who you need to speak with unless you have a good network of contacts Different divisions working separately as opposed to one seamless united front, unless the client is a strategic client
