Pros

Some excellent people who are very talented and can collaborate well to make a difference. Not afraid to train employees.

Cons

A lot of red tape, it can take a too long time to get things done. Working with other business units can be tenuous and slow things down further.

Great people Good benefits Some interesting projects Room to grow or find other career paths within the company Good ethics at heart

Disjointed at the senior leadership level which means priorities can conflict where working in global teams, and there can be bottlenecks in decision-making Not many teams are getting to grips with modern technology, despite press releases to the contrary - meanwhile the basics are getting overlooked
