Pros

They actually want to make you into a good sales person External and internal training are very impressive Good people who are driven and know how to have fun Complex sale is great if you want to truly learn a solution sale at a young age All reps travel so even inexperienced people get to do face 2 face meetings If you truly want to be a good salesperson this a great place to start your career Top performers get promoted and continually challenged

Cons

Lack of work life balance Quota is tough to achieve if you are an inexperienced sales person Very young management team means that many mistakes are made and internal promotions mean viewpoint is a little myopic Job is lower paying and harder than most other jobs in the bay area

Pros

Microsoft Shop, web technology generates 100% revenue so it is important. However, the technical people that deliver the technology are not treated well.

Cons

Poor IT Management with poor ethics. Marketing and product 'managers' are underqualified
