Pros

Young environment, great culture, benefits and initiatives. Fast growing, with many opportunities for internal transitions - both across teams and offices. Strong social responsibilities.

Cons

Slow in inovation and improvement of processes. Lack of challanges and opportunities for skills improvement. No effort to keep talanted employees. Relatively low salary and not so good work-life balance (overtime, no remote work).
