Pros

Pockets of really good talent Looking to do new things Recognises when it can improve Good opportunities to collaborate and to gain experience working in different areas / business units

Cons

Often seems to be quite short term thinking, especially around investing in resourcing Usual problems of a large company with contact centre - doesn't listen enough to front line staff, often communication is too corporate and vague, often doesn't really put its money where its mouth is when it talks about valuing customers, colleagues, and clients

Pros

- No shortage of very smart, skilled and passionate people. - Decent investment in employee development, and recent work is technically exciting. - Open work environment and mixed-capability teams provide great opportunities to connect and learn. - Relaxed attitude to working from home.

Cons

- Progression is very hit-or-miss; some superstars are deservedly promoted, but overall progression is limited. - Highly-regulated market and geographically-distributed decision makers can slow down innovation. - Travel between UK & US offices extremely limited despite frequent need to work together.
