Pros

- Competitive Salary - Good benefits package - Plenty of opportunity for advancement and movement - Good culture that focused on employees

Cons

As a global corporation, the "focus and direction" for the company changed often making planning difficult and futile. Getting activity approved and coordinated took an excessive amount of time because of so many approval processes and people involved. The technology we used internally was old school and therefore inefficient.

Cons

Constant changes on teams/accounts hampers growth, provides a sense of instability and gives the sense of starting all over again in a new team.
