Pros

It is a very stable company and working conditions are excellent. There is no dearth of work and no one is overloaded.

Cons

The company is heavily into contracting and is replacing permanent employees with contractors. There is not enough opportunity to learn new technologies.

Pros

Lots of sales training, big on SPIN & STRONGMAN methodologies. Good mentoring and structure in place

Cons

At times the level of structure and being told when to do what can feel a bit like being at school.

Pros

Its a big company and most of the people are nice. The package benefits are pretty good. It's a fairly stable place to be.

Cons

Its really easy to get lost in process - for everything from the myriad of blockages in place to slow down your ability to do your job to the management by a thousand cuts to blunt people development & rating processes in place which actively stifle career development.
