Pros

Lots of different opportunity to do different jobs for one parent company. Flexible with work at home options.

Cons

20 sales folks/consultants could call on one strategic account. Experian laid off lots of good sales management with years of service in April 2010. Where is the loyalty?

Pros

Laid back environment that allows employees to bring a piece of their personality to the table. A work hard, party hard company that values its staff. Good benefits and attentive management.

Cons

Being owned by Experian means a lot of things, both good and bad. A downside includes more formal process on career development. Raises, promotions, and role changes are becoming more difficult to achieve.

Pros

Experian is a strong company with a positive atmosphere. Even working as a remote employee, I still felt connected to the company as a whole.

Cons

There is a loose management structure.
