Pros

Very good benefits, nice reference as a good company in the market - helps to find better jobs. Starting to get integrated as a multinational company.

Cons

Poor communication from senior management, no clear rules, hard to understand evaluation criteria, difficult to make things happen. Too much complexity.

Pros

There are some very talented people at Experian, but they need to have more decision making power and be trusted rather than be continually shackled. The workforce has been shaken once more by the annual march cull, and there is very little open dialogue due to fear.

Cons

Poor senior management, who have more of an eye on their next career move.

Pros

Benefits (paid time off, employee leave, health insurance) are pretty good. You can learn a lot that is applicable in future positions (at least within the marketing industry).

Cons

Layoffs happen with frightening regularity. Company is very top-heavy, upper management is ineffectual and unfocused. Middle management is more of the same. Pay freezes, 401K freezes, and forced time off/furloughs are the norm lately.
