Pros

Tons of talent everywhere, particularly in data science and IT. Lots of space to move around. Fair compensation and benefits. Can move mountains with tremendous global resources.

Cons

No one can describe a unified vision or mission in less than about ten sentences. Growth is all about acquisitions, not logical extensions of current business. "Matrix" management is remarkably confusing - accountability can be hard to find. Typical big-company bureaucracy weakens product cooperation and HR.

Pros

Excellent package, great extra's, that's the least of my pro's, the atmosphere and general supportive culture is outstanding. Great place to work. The interview and the process that followed was excellent.

Cons

The overall recruitment process was excellent, however a little slow, the upside is that I was kept informed all the way through.
