Pros

At the personal level, Experian hires great, great people to work with. Nice, fast-paced work environment, not boring at all. Good benefits, including above average vacation time.

Cons

Lots and lots of politicking. Company is so big, everyone is expected to specialize, not real below average opportunities to learn things outside of your specialty. No clear leadership in management - no one capable of stepping up and providing direction for the company.

Pros

If you're a solid performer Experian offers a stable and secure working environment. The culture is one that encourages hard work with few resources.

Cons

Difficult to move up in certain divisions.
