      nice environment. hard working, goal oriented team. respectful and mindful of people's lives. nice place to sit and wait for time to go by.

      Cons

      you can get lost in the this massively large organization. too many things going on hard to keep up. hiring freezes take place too often.

      Great benefits, outstanding training, generally really great people who care about the clients and thier teammates The very top leadership is great.

      Cons

      Put some emphasis back on the people and clients and forget about the stakeholders for awhile. I understand that as an investor you buy a stock to see it grow however there are other ways to provide a return than just managing the expense line to hit the numbers so the price appreicates. Its a relationship business and clients expect the teams to know and undertand thier businesses. The BU leadersneed to take a long hard look at the future of thier business in light of continually turning over relationship managers.
