Toxic, no opportunity to progress

Pros

Good work-life balance, flexible working, good benefits.

Cons

Management is dominated by ‘yes’ people who are hesitant to make decisions, often getting stuck in endless debates about ‘what’s right.’ As a result, projects progress at a painfully slow pace, and the final product is usually a bare-minimum, non-innovative release. Additionally, managers don’t generally advocate for their teams, making it difficult to feel supported.
