Pros

Good work / life balance, good pay and benefits for Santiago Chile, generally allow the flexibility to work from home when needed, and are pretty easy going if you need to run errands etc.

Cons

Often very beaurocratic, getting the access you need or help can take days! There is a lot of overhead that can be very frustrating, and since it is not a software company, a lot of the upper management and directors seem to not have a very good understanding of software projects or best practices. Lots of outsourcing and cheap contract labor makes it frustrating as well.

Pros

Name recognition. Good benefits. Decent salary. Sharesaver Stocks. Free access to paid services like protectmyid.com and freecreditscore.com. There are also employee discount programs.

Cons

There have been many changes to Experian Marketing Services business in the last 3 years. Lots of mergers and sales. This causes a feeling of uncertainty among employees.
