Pros

Good place to work and learn. Travel opportunity, great work environment, social package included. Annual leave is 25 days, more than the usual 20 days in other companies. Sometimes work is under pressure but mostly it's calm and does not require staying late.

Cons

Opportunities for growth are not much. Normally growing requires moving to another office in another country. Salaries and bonus schemes are lower compare to similar companies.

Pros

You get back what you put in. Work hard, be accountable and be open to learning from the people around you. In return, the company will invest in you with new challenges, opportunities, a fun working environment and a solid professional network. This is a very metric, process driven organization which is a great experience for people who are looking to build a solid foundation in business and working with others.

Cons

Although it's gradually improved over the past few years, it is still a sales-driven company with aggressive tactics. Compensation is average. Flexibility has improved but varies by team and manager.

Pros

The company gives good bonus if the yearly goals are fulfilled; the team-mates are usually fine, and they are willing to teach you.

Cons

The managers and Directors think "the client" is God: the employees must fulfill whatever they want at whenever time they want, in a frame time defined by the clients. There is no family time.
