when dont know wot skill sets u want to hire, dont hire and spoil ur time, our time. please dont give feedback just for sake of it. keep facts d track records ready US managers , motivte employees 4 work. if we talk d open up, its a problem, if we dont open up, its a problem. so do the feedback properly d dont listen to only one side. business d employee both important.
