Pros

- not so much stress - good life/work balance

Cons

- everything in the software project that I worked on is super old - too much inhouse tools ( you spent a lot of time to learn them and they are useful only this company) - heavy corporate structure you can hardly improve anything there - bad salary

Pros

Experian is a solid company which provides the excitement of new-technology adoption with the stability of a global company with an inclusive, people-centered culture. I've learned a ton while working here over the past 3 years and like all my work mates.

Cons

The competition is beating at the door. Importantly Experian is taking on the tough work of adopting and developing new tech stacks and modernizing everything to remain the industry leader.

Sometimes going up to a different position is hard. Sometimes other people got promotions without deserve it.
