Old Technology and nothing to learn Zero growth and even this year there will be no increment as this is buzz every where only people close to senior management will be promoted

Flexible working Fantastic diversity Constant employee feedback taken into account to make improvements No lay offs / no furloughed employees / 100% work from home during Covid-19 Very friendly all round

As with all large financial organisations there is heavy regulation and limiting auditing processes

Pros

The onboarding experience was very good and the people are very welcoming. There are great benefits,a good work/life balance, a decent amount of social events and a relaxed/comfortable work environment.

Cons

The work could be boring at times. Also since the policy there is "security first" the computers come with A LOT of security to the point where it could disturbed your work trying to update an app, restart your computer or slow it down by constantly scanning.
