Pros

Maybe their benefits are cheaper than most. Outside of that, none.

Cons

The company tries to cover up the reality the Staffing Industry going down the toilet by being overly positive on every call. "I don't want to hear the economy is bad. Go get business". Well, it is bad and can't make companies spend money they don't have. It's called simple business logic. They waste time with the most ridiculous calls and promoting people who shouldn't be promoted to roles of seniority. Monthly sales calls, worthless. Waste of time. Do you want us to sell or be in meetings all day not selling? Regional meetings, are nothing but an opportunity for managers to be on their soap box and create ridiculous meetings where nothing of value is added.
