Pros

- Not the worst wage rate, and you do get raise - Benefit exists - Coworkers are mostly friendly and helpful - Simple work does not eat into personal time - There can be lot of OT but it is not mandatory (technically) - A decent break room with coffee, tea and many other options - Free bus pass

Cons

- Not a sustainable wage or benefit in a long run - No upward mobility. No career advancement. - Frequent job change depending on development cycle. Laying-off happens often. - Little to no communication from the management, or between the teams within the company. Transparency issue.

Pros

Offers a fairly competitive salary

Cons

Horrible benefits Treat you as a resource, not a person No mobility- once your contract ends, so does your job; no bench Glorified staffing agency for temporary work Bait and switch tactics Made me work in the hospital even though I suffered from pregnancy complications No backbone. Whatever the client wants; the client gets and you are just a number. No work-life balance.
